For those of you who are interested in keeping a watch on news related to various aspects of prophecy in the Bible, I have come to appreciate The Prophecy News Watch, that anyone can subscribe to.  Their link is:

Keep in mind, if you are new to the area of prophecy, some of the articles posted on this site may cause you to wonder how that particular news item is connected to the Bible. I challenge you to be as the Berean's, who always checked out what they heard against the Scriptures  (Acts 17:11).

Be blessed,
Lloyd

I just wanted to tell you that I've been listening to you since Aug. of 2005. I started with the Revelation series you were doing which made me desire to read God's word. I started from Genesis and I am now up to Isaiah and it is incredible how much the bible interprets itself. God is so awesome!!!! Anyway, you are so right about the news and how Biblical prophecy...and my prayer everyday is even so Lord come quickly!!! I have had the privilege to lead a couple of people to Christ through the sinner's prayer, but I want people to come to Christ because of my witness and the way I live, I just wanted to drop this quick line to let you know that bridgegap.org is my source at work and I attend Concord First Assembly in Concord, NC. Thank you again and keep it up!!!

      Dear Pastor Lloyd,
I just wanted to thank you for being so used of God. It is amazing how often you use analogies or go on a tangent that directly speaks to my situation (I know this is the Holy Spirit at work). I am always edified and encouraged by your message and enjoy your speaking style. I was saved three years ago after hearing you speak at CCOB and listening to others on the radio. Since I asked Jesus to come into my heart and life, my life has been totally transformed and I have found a joy and peace in my life I didn't know was possible. The Lord healed me of alcoholism completely and I've been healing in other areas over time. I now attend the Calvary Chapel in Howell, where I feel very blessed, and sometimes travel up to Old Bridge which is also a blessing. I thank Jesus for opening my eyes and changing my life and for giving me a place to worship Him and be fed the Word. The radio station has helped me to grow as a Christian and I listen almost every day. Thank you and all in your ministry,
      Donna

I enjoyed your message this morning regarding prophesy. It is great to see God working to fulfill his prophesy from the Bible. I have been reading Joel Rosenberg's books recently and they really bring home how the world events fit in with prophesies of the end times.

As you said your sermon it reminds us of how we need to live and work each day in anticipation of his return at any moment. I know that I need to be reminded that I need to live each day as if he would appear at any moment. I will want him to find me at that moment abiding in him and pursuing his will, not pursuing my own interests.
