Recently I was asked to provide a list of books that I would recommend Christians read. As I was looking over the list, I remembered how each one of these books had, in some way, impacted my life. They have helped me to grow more in my understanding and love for the Lord, and to cherish the great gift of salvation that He provided for me. Like good friends, they have comforted and encouraged, inspired and challenged, nurtured and instructed. So, I am providing a copy of the list below for you as well. I want to encourage you to read some of these books. You will be blessed.

Of course, the number one book I recommend Christians read, every day, is the Bible. It truly is the greatest book ever written, full of wisdom, hope, correction, and everything else we need to be able to live our lives for Christ.  The Bible says it best (of course),

"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work" (2 Timothy 3:16).
